Job Summary:  The Ó£»¨Âþ»­ Writing Center is seeking student writing consultants who have successfully completed three semester hours of SALEM 275 or ENGL 211. Writing consultants provide one-on-one support to students on writing projects in both in-person and online settings while maintaining accurate records of their work hours. Consultants also participate in biweekly staff meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing training to strengthen their tutoring skills and support the Writing Center’s mission of fostering effective writing across campus.

Job Summary: The Design and Art Lab Assistant will support the daily operations of the Art & Design department’s labs and studios, as well as the interiors resource room and chair library. This position is ideal for students who are organized, responsible, and have an interest in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive creative environment. The assistant will help monitor lab usage, maintain equipment and materials, support lab safety protocols, and assist faculty and staff with general upkeep and organization.

Job Summary: Student Residence Life Campus Assistants help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging living-learning environment for residential students. They support daily residence hall operations by assisting with office coverage, lockouts, and the Campus Care Hub; educating residents about housing procedures; managing guest check-ins and equipment checkouts; and maintaining inventory. Student staff also promote activities through social media and foster a strong sense of community and belonging among residential students.

Job Summary:  The Student Center Assistants support the daily operations of the Student Center by providing exceptional front-line customer service and creating a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors. Serving as the primary reception point for the Student Center, Office Assistants assist with guest services, facility operations, event support, equipment check-out, and building information. They also complete administrative projects and provide operational support to the Student Activities staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Student Center and its programs, events, and services.

Job Summary: The Institutional Advancement Student Assistant will be an integral liaison in the Institutional Advancement Office, helping steward alumnae and donors through various communications (written and spoken) and representing our student population at alumnae/donor events, which is an essential need. The position also will assist with general administrative tasks required in the Institutional Advancement Office.

Job Summary: The IT Student Help Desk Associate reports directly to the Assistant Director of Instructional Technology and Client Services. Job Summary: Under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, as an essential employee, the Operations Student Worker will be assigned to one of the four departments within Operations (Grounds, Custodial Mail Services, and Maintenance) as needed. While assigned to a department, the Operations Student Worker will report to the supervisor/lead of each respective department while performing assigned work. Once assigned, the Operations Student Operations Student Worker will commonly provide routine grounds maintenance, housekeeping, and maintenance functions and any other duties assigned.
